Defects

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We inspect our products to assure customers are satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 2-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us within 2 days at admin@savingsbudget.co with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
